The evaluation team consists of China University of Mining & Technology (Beijing), Beijing Nonferrous Metals Research Institute, China Aluminum Institute of Zhengzhou Research Institute, Tsinghua University, Wuhan University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, China Institute of Solid-State Research, Environmental Protection Department Solid Waste Center, Central South University, It is composed of academicians and experts from Beijing University of Technology and Inner Mongolia University of Technology. The leaders of Energy Conservation Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Economic and Information Technology Commission, Datang International Inner Mongolia Branch, Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd., Datang International Renewable Resources Development Co., Ltd. and Datang International High-Alcoal Coal R&D Center attended the meeting.
The experts in the evaluation team first went to Hohhot to conduct on-site inspections of the project and conducted in-depth exchanges with the project completion unit.
On the morning of April 22nd, Wang Wenyuan, Director of Energy Saving Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Chen Yanhai, executive vice president of the Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech on behalf of the Association. Zhang De, Deputy Director of the Economic and Education Commission of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. Experts of the evaluation team listened to the report of the project team and reviewed the relevant information. After discussion, they agreed that the project has independently developed “pre-silicon-alkali-lime” for the utilization of fly ash and the environmental impact of coal-fired power generation in China. Sintering high-alumina fly ash extraction alumina polygeneration process technology", completed and put into production the world's first fly ash production of 200,000 tons per year alumina polygeneration demonstration production line, and has developed a variety of industrial by-products, forming a high Aluminum Fly Ash - Alumina - Electrolytic Aluminium - Aluminum Alloys and Products - Circular Economy Industrial Chain for Deep Processing of Si-Ca Byproducts.
The project has been in stable operation for three years and the process is stable. It has realized the recycling of aluminum resources in fly ash, reduced the environmental impact of fly ash, and produced good economic benefits and significant social and economic benefits. It is China's aluminum resources. Safeguards provide an important way to play an important role in improving the industrial chain of circular economy and promoting regional economic development.
